Micro Thermo Monitoring and alarm system is a PC interfaced, software component. MT Alliance™ is the Micro Thermo software application that provides a powerful interface to refrigeration, HVAC, and energy systems. In a single interface, MT Alliance provides the applications to configure, monitor, and analyze all Lyophilization operations. The combination of MT Alliance software and Micro Thermo’s integrated control input devices allows for continual minute by minute feedback of the lyophilization operation within specified parameters.
The MT Alliance™ system constantly monitors and logs all sensors measuring temperature, humidity, pressure, power, and other diagnostic parameters including process status, operation verification and predictive failure conditions. Warnings are generated before serious problems develop and alarms are immediately dispatched, preventing product loss. The system’s comprehensive data logging and documentation is used to track and generate reports, detailing the equipment operating settings and changes made. Using this system allows constant monitoring of your product, from storage all the way through the lyophilization process.
